Board Members are elected by CSSS State Membership. The Board of Directors manages the organizational business and is the governing body of the organization. It is made up of President, Past President or President Elect, Secretary, three At-Large Directors, Treasurer, Director of Operations, and Financial Officer. 

Board members serve for set term lengths and serve for the goals and missions of the organization.
